For those old enough to remember the 60s...
One of the arguments by the left was 'Democracy is not for everyone. The people in the USSR, Cuba, China, etc are happy with their form of govt. Who are we to impose democracy upon them.'
Now, the left says democracy must be imposed globally. Strange.
