Our great grandchildren will NEVER know what the climate change was...

MASSIVE HOAX by morons FOR morons

Hiatus in Global Warming: The New Pause lengthens again: 101 months and counting …

There has been no trend in the UAH global mean lower-troposphere temperature anomalies since September 2014: 8 years 5 months and counting.

As always, the New Pause is not a prediction: it is a measurement. It represents the farthest back one can go using the world’s most reliable global mean temperature dataset without finding a warming trend.

The sheer frequency and length of these Pauses provide a graphic demonstration, readily understandable to all, that It’s Not Worse Than We Thought – that global warming is slow, small, harmless and, on the evidence to date at any rate, strongly net-beneficial.

If Global warming was based on science and facts it would have gone away years ago.

But Global warming is based on Faith so it will remain the doctrine for a long time.

Also, the guys who measure and report Global warming do to for a living and if no warming then no job. These people will always be in a state of alarm because that is how they keep the checks coming in.

The Earth is a living planet. It's environment has changed many times over before man came in the picture. The Sahara desert used to be a lush tropical area now it's a huge sand volleyball court. Who is responsible for that? I live in the middle of South Carolina and when I plow my yearly garden I find shark teeth yet I'm about 150 miles from the ocean. Antarctica is colder and gained ice growth more now than previously. Is there climate change of course there is always has been and always will. The audacity that mankind thinks he is more powerful than mother nature is funny.

We are living in the Quaternary Period. The Quaternary is an ice age comprised of >20 110K-yr stadial-interstadial cycles. The max-min climatic temperatures are fairly regular as is each cycle length. Ice core data shows CO2 and climate temp tracking closely. Higher temps are associated with higher atmospheric CO2 levels.

"Scientists" therefore claim interstadial warming is d/t CO2 forcing, and results from atmospheric loading secondary to volcanic eruptions.

Meanwhile, Henry's Law (a scientific law actually is settled science, btw) holds that partial pressure of gas contained in liquid increases (solubility decreases) as the temperature of the liquid increases. If open to the atmosphere, as temp rises, the gas will leave solution and enter the atmosphere. 93% of terrestrial CO2 is contained in our oceans ... i.e., a gas contained in a liquid.

So the volcano eruption CO2 climate-driving hypothesis is problematic for two reasons:

(1) Volcanic eruptions are random. Our quaternary climate cycles are not.

(2) If CO2 was the climate driver as claimed, volcanic CO2 emissions would warm the earth, oceans included. As the oceans warmed, they would release more CO2 which would cause more warming, which would release further oceanic CO2, which would cause more warming, etc. If CO2 was the climatic driver as claimed, once warming commenced, there would be no off-switch.

---

The sun is not an absolute constant.
110K-yr cycles would explain exactly the correlation of CO2 and temperature variance observed in ice cores. As the sun warms oceans, more CO2 enters the atmosphere. As it cools, CO2 reenters the oceans, leaving the atmosphere.

Increased CO2 is greening the deserts, and increasing food production for all of God’s creatures including us!

I don’t think CO2 is driving global temperatures in any way. But, if it is, I hope it is making the world a warmer place. Life prospers more in warmth, that’s why your refrigerator works!

Tarzana says global warming affects different areas at different times. So kinda not so global but still very dangerous and we need more taxes to fix

My dad loves to tell us stories from the 70s when they were telling us we had 20 years before people couldn’t go outside anymore.

Back in the 70s it was global cooling that was mass propagated.

Thank you - I have heard the fact that the warming climate precedes the CO2 build-up, but never knew the actual reason why. My meterorlogical prowess is negligible, so this relationship never struck me.

Uh, there's a reason why they changed it to climate change.

I don't understand. At the end of every year for the last 20 years I've read reports from climate agencies that 'This has been the warmest year ever recorded.'
A lot of them were on my local TV's weather report.

Yeah. This settled science stuff is very complicated. Warming causes cooling. Rain causes drought, or is it drought causes rain? I forget.

But one thing's for certain. We know Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble put so much CO2 in the atmosphere that it ended terrestrial glaciation.

BTW, who would have ever thought the top reasons for reviving the Mammoth would be climate change, but here it is. Trust the science.

quote:

01) To decelerate melting of the arctic permafrost.
02) To prevent the emission of greenhouse gases trapped within the permafrost layer - up to 600 million tons of net carbon annually.
03) To revert now-overshrubbed forests back into natural arctic grasslands, which help with carbon emissions.
05) To foster an ecosystem that can maintain its own defenses against climate change.
08) To establish a proven link between genetic sciences and climate change.

To cut down on CO2 emissions we should have a "Hold your breath" day.
