Why would a phone ostensibly used for government stuff with government contacts have non government types in the contacts?
I don't think there was some nefarious action, I believe Waltz had Goldberg in his contacts and another guy guy with the initials of JG as well. I think whomever made the list was sloppy. Occam's Razor : Simplest answer tends to be best

boasbergs court actions have no merit. His only reason is to obstruct the Trump administration.

reign in boasberg's court,
then boasberg's court should be the first district court to be abolished by congress.
robert's is probably intentionally not doing anything from a legal standpoint because he is partial to the left.
The marxists pulled similar crap, with the fake impeachments, in President Trump's first term. Congress should not allow the scum left to pull the same stunt again!
