Legal question. Yes in today's times this is questionable
If the white guy did say the N word and the black guy attacked him and started to beat him, would the white guy be justified for shooting the black guy to protect his own life?
Crazy times but I have no clue if he protected himself with a firearm wold be justified since he called him an N word.

The person who committed this felonious assault needs to be tried, convicted and sent to prison for a long time. That said, to suggest that this person receive the death penalty for the actual crime committed not only is unjust, but is also racist given the form of punishment you suggest.
You surely are not ignorant of the historic connotations surrounding lynching in this nation and the fact that such a comment would receive overwhelming endorsements speaks volumes.

I agree. All people should conceal carry and defend themselves from thugs of any color that are willing to stand over you, wind up and deliver haymakers proudly.
