I work in Memphis. The endless car break Ins, thefts and outright highway gangland shootings are out of control. The comply argument is nonsense. He’s cuffed and standing with his arm or arms held by another cop. What’s the command he’s being given after being cuffed. Regardless, after about the second punch that dude is concussed. Running on instinct and reflex. His brain and body are just trying not to fall down.
That big cop teeing off needs a Chauvin-like charge and sentence.
You’re cops. It has to be hard to get cursed or threatened or spit on and not react. You have the green light to control the situation. Hell that’s when you can take “liberties”. But when it’s over and a man is cuffed, you have to be better than that. You have to turn it off. Unless you are BrAd Pitts character in Seven and this guy hands you a box with your wife’s head in it, why are you so mad?
