What amazes me is how most of the resistance and negative reaction is from folks in America, sitting safely behind their computer screens, while leaders of ME countries supoort this military action.

Not to mention the most important voice, that if the Iranian people that support this action.

Everyone, for the most part, is for themselves.

If their life isn’t improving nothing being done matters, even if that involves human lives.

Once the objective is complete, it will be more popular.

Bunch of keyboard warriors love to voice their opinion on every single thing, but reality is Iran needed to be destroyed 47 years ago.

Folks in America only know what it’s like to be poor and oppressed in the best country in the world.

I agree and understand.... and nothing changes the reality that a final solution is coming.... there's no reconciliation between our two political ideologies today. We are polar opposites.

Combination of hating Trump and a very weird world view of anyone that gets attacked by the US is the underdog victim.

I’ve always been astonished at how liberals support Islam, especially Iran. The Iranian regime is quite literally everything a liberal hates. A theocracy run by old men who belittle women and kill and jail people by the thousands for no real reason.

90 million people are being liberated in Iran. 80% are not even Muslims. A violent repressive minority of invaders have enslaved these people.

Useful AWFL’s, leftist, and democrats want a regime that has recently killed 32,000 protestors to succeed in defeating the US military.

There is no common sense or critical thinking skills left for any of these ghouls wishing death on American soldiers.

These pretend social justice warriors worship two idiots that died protecting rapist, drug dealers, and human traffickers, while a villainous regime in Iran has killed millions of its citizens since 1979.

You can be happy for the results while questioning the means.

For example, I was very much opposed to the invasion of Iraq in 2003. From the very start I didnt think the justifications for the war seemed legit.

Early in the conflict, Saddam was captured. His statutes were pulled down. Political prisoners were released. Oppressed Iraqi people rejoiced in the streets.

I was very happy for them, but I still thought the war in Iraq was a grave mistake.

I have wanted us to exact regime change in Iran for decades. But we needed sufficient political and legal bases to do it. I am genuinely happy for the Iranian people right now, and I hope they manage to make a better life for themselves...although I fear too many of them have grown up in their current system and have no desire for change.

But, at the same time, I question the legal and political bases for attacking them right now. Im not as opposed to this as I was Iraq, just skeptical.

Are you seriously wondering why Americans don’t want to involve ourselves in yet another Middle East / Central Asia quagmire? Are you like 15 years old or something?

I could have sworn Trump supporters were crowing about how Trump was the peace president last election. Now he’s gearing up for Iraq/Afghanistan Bigger Longer & Uncut and y’all are cheering him on. You’re predictably cultish, that’s at least one positive. Anything he does yall support, no questions asked.

After some trials that might change.

If that actually happens.

Like I said the other day, I wish President Trump would come out in favor of breathing. That would solve 97% of our problems.

Can you not look back since 1950 and understand the amount of frickery the United States government has caused? With an impressively consistent record, why would you think this time it will be any different?

Honestly, the cancellation of the Mid Barataria diversion will negatively affect more Americans than Iran ever has.
