John Oliver sucks. He nailed all the low hanging "enlightened outrage" segments so then as he's had to stretch to find his new "cAn yOu bEliEvE tHiS!!1!" topics he's just turned into a TDS hack.

I have a thing about having no interest in what a foreigner's opinion on America's politics is, particularly if they're hosting a show like John Oliver or Samantha Bee.

Oliver ranted first, calling out Danbury at random as part of his shtick. He’s done this before in other bits, some funny, some not. He doesn’t have any problem with Danbury, he just name dropped them for the sake of comedy. Naming the sewage plant was in response to that, not the other way around. Title’s a little misleading.

I'm not suggesting we formally name them all after him - just kind of use that as a generic term: "There was a bad incident at the JO [meaning sewerage treatment plant], and now there is Alec Baldwin all over the place."
Or, "I bought some rural land and can't tie into city utilities, so I'm going to have to drill a well and put in my own John Oliver."
