He doesn't need one. He began circulating MAGA-centric content to market to that niche market and has kept up the ruse for some time, now.

You don't need some nefarious third party behind you to cause it. He read the market and exploited it. Candace was already doing it before him, just at a lower level. There are tons of people making tons of money as online content creators producing stuff they don't believe to market to the lowest common denominator of MAGA/AF. Plenty on the left doing it for idiotic DSA/Antifa types, too.
