He has also openly floated using “public Military tribunals”, to bypass the corrupt and slow US Justice system and prosecute the traitors, like Obama, for giving Iran the means to build nuclear weapons.

He has also openly stated that Senators like Slotkin and Kelly, who publicly encouraged the US MIL to not follow Trump’s order, were engaged in “seditious behavior punishable by death”.

He has also openly stated that the Dems and the media are collaborating with our enemies in wartime.

He has also openly stated the Dems and media are engaged in a “treasonous conspiracy” to overthrow the United States.

The odds of Deep State actors getting executed just went up significantly.

Jurisdiction?

Next thing you’ll be citing is standing.

As if these mean anything to these people anymore.

They got it wrong.

The 30-06 is not 7.62x51.

But either one will do the job with ease.

They need to find the guys who were in the firing squad for Nikolae Ceausescu and his wife.

"Ionel Boyeru’s hands tremble slightly when he talks about the day he shot dead Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceausescu and his wife Elena, beside a toilet block in a freezing courtyard.

On Christmas Day, 1989 he guarded the couple’s melodramatic show trial, led them out as Ceausescu sang the Internationale and his less-composed wife screamed “frick you” at a mocking sergeant, lined them up against a wall then strafed them with bullets from his Kalashnikov.

It happened so quickly that a military journalist videoing the trial captured only the last round of bullets and the crumpled bodies on the floor.

Boyeru believes his bullets killed both Ceausescus because, when he started shooting, one member of the three-person firing squad froze for several seconds and the second had forgotten to put his weapon on an automatic setting so squeezed out only a few individual shots."

The narrative has been seeded, and it's glorious to behold.

The famous Garand Rifle ... I didn't know they even still existed, except in collections. Here it's being deployed in an Army special project.

Does a military death sentence have to go through all those endless court appeals like a civilian death sentence conviction?

Couldn’t say.

The last serviceman executed by the military was in 1961 for the rape/attempted murder of an 11 yo Austrian girl in 1955.

I remember Bush saying that about Islam being the” religion of peace”.
I wanted to reach through the TV and slap the shite out of him, dumb fricker.
I had read the Koran,I knew better.
I voted for that piece of crap twice.
Before I die I would love to see him somewhere so I could give him the finger.

There is something in the UCMJ that says the execuation must take place no sooner than 60 days after being authorized by the President.
