What are her thought on 2-A?

That is all that will determine a hard no for me.

That doesn't mean that she would not agree with placing onerous limits on it. The elimination of RvW is not going to happen but there are limits that must be put in place (limit to 1st trimester, etc...)

On the plus side:
-her parents are direct from Cuba and moved the family to USA to flee from Castro's communist regime.
-she's a Federalist Society memeber

There are legal ways to erode Roe v. Wade without completely overturning it.

Roe v Wade was made up law. Had no legal basis. So precedent, as applied to a fallacy, means nothing.

That's what the 2A is for. If they get rid of that, abortion will be the least of anyone's worries.

Focus on who is here/now/paying taxes/ not committing crimes.

It's not what any of you want to hear, but it's truth.

I think her responses are typical. In fact I think Kav made similar responses.

Roe v Wade is the law of the land right now.

I agree with everything you said but, unfortunately, we are stuck with 50 years of dogmatic thinking from the left. Even the courts cannot escape it.

This is the right answer for all intermediate court of appeals. Supreme Court is binding law. We should celebrate that. Her answer may not be the same as a justice.

OP, you are reading her answer wrong.

She is saying Roe v Wade is binding precedent for the Circuit court for which she was being appointed for, which is correct.

That doesn't mean she would or wouldn't overturn it while on the Supreme Court.

since our congress never had the balls to make a law against abortion,SC ruling is a precedent, so it stands as law.The woman in RvW admitting lying years later.roe v wade will be overturned.
