It all depends.
If voting is restricted to legal citizens only, the Dems are going to struggle.
But the overwhelming “hangover” will come from US Debt levels and the credit crisis. All else is a distant second.
1. Fix the voting loopholes
2. Ban domestic propaganda again
3. Repeal the 17th Amendment
4. Dramatically reform Education
5. Impeach judicial activists

we hand out money to the MIL, we hand out money to AI companies, we hand out tax breaks to billionaires.
i don't look at healthcare as a handout, do you know what i trillion dollars could to help housing prices in the country? how about a trillion dollars spent on education.

Please tell me why giving out healthcare, which is paid for by someone else's labor, to someone who is getting it for free is not a handout.

You mean we give tax breaks to people that pay the taxes? The top 1% pays 40% of all income tax. The top 10% makes up over 70% of taxes paid.
You tell me how we should give tax breaks to the poor who aren't paying income tax anyway.

I think it will be difficult. The dems are winning all over special election,, leftist justices on PA courts
Is anyone in charge but Turtle and Thune for these special elections?
I still think we can pull it off all hope not lost yet...

tell me how a war paid for by someone else's labor is helping Americans? I just don't understand the logic of being ok with run away govt spending, mainly with the military that can't balance a budget be okay with republican voters. Trump wants to go after fraud but all he has to do is audit every govt agency and the fraud would be exposed. But sure lets blame it all on dem states.
at this point with the how our tax dollars are spent healthcare should be a right to all Americans. I say this as a very lucky person who's job offers excellent healthcare. Any time i am around my friends who spend anywhere from 2500-3000 a month for healthcare for their family it makes me sick to my stomach.

Correct. That’s how most of the people are on here. The blame gets put on the guy who has a year in office not career politicians and judges who are clearly working against anything and everything Trump does.

Are you speaking in general or referencing this conflict specifically? You'd also have to define what you mean by "helping."

This is a misrepresentation of republican views and presents a false dilema. One can absolutely support military action in certain contexts while not also supporting wasteful spending. It's not either or.

I'm confused by your line of thinking. You argue here that government is ripe with fraud and yet you advocate for that same government to provide and supervise the healthcare of the nation in a universal manner?
quote:

Strawman. The conservative opinion on government spending is not limited to dem states only but is a criticism of the federal budget. Not the same thing.

I'm sorry, what?

Again, you're advocating for government controlled, universal healthcare because prices are outrageous and yet lots of those prices rose in response to the ACA, which was government trying to manage healthcare. You contradict yourself left and right with this nonsense.

Frick Trump. He's been disloyal to US.
Are you fricking kidding me! He’s bombing Iran for your and your children’s generations. He’s doing what should been done decades ago. Frankly vengeance for 200+ Marines murdered by Iran is sweet. You and your generation crying about high gas prices is a laughable to the generation that suffered through gas rationing. Things are not perfect but if you and your generation allow Democrats to gain control you will find out how bad things can get, in so many ways. I’m old, I’ll die but you guys will be stuck with it, good luck.

Yet, none ever say ohhhhhh the left is so fckd for midterms.
The left is somehow immune to this same analysis.

Honestly, I'm very disappointed in some of the things Trump has done, including diving into this war without thinking it through.
But I don't want to go back to business as usual, which has gotten the country to this point.
