The Halo Collective gets govt funding from UK, Germany, Finland and other govts.
It originated from a law in UK from 2010. It started when some young african girl decided to blow up her afro to the size of a beach volleyball and demand to sit in the front of the class obscuring the view of others. The teacher asked her to move to the back......oh boy here we go. Which was the intended effect.

Agree with it or not, this is already federal law under Title VII and has been for a long time. This is just PA passing a state equivalent so you can sue in state court instead of having to go to federal.

What about shower caps and fuzzy slippers in public?
About a month ago I got volunteered to pick up my wife's uncle after a colonoscopy. I was bullshitting with one of those medical van drivers in the lobby and he was all agitated because he had been reprimanded because he thought "Absolutely No Blue Jeans" meant pajama pants.

You got a right to wear your hair anyway you want -
you do NOT have a right to force someone to employ you. PERIOD.
Next they'll be forcing corporations to employ receptionists with lower lip implants LINK
