Literally no one is arguing their right to do this. They are within their rights and I support that right. They are not above criticism, however.

That's how it should work. They should be free to allow who they want. The public is free to criticize, boycott, etc. The government should have no role.

"You said it was okay because Spencer is a neo nazi, but quickly jump to race with Black Panther party"

Just being practical. Any such incident would have great potential for an enterprising plaintiff's attorney to claim that race was the reason for the expulsion. As I also said in the same post, no problem if the expulsion was for ideology, but the gym better be clear as to its reasoning or it would face legal troubles.

Why doesn't the ACLU get involved in cases like this? Only leftist causes.

I get why you guys don't like this woman. She's definitely unhinged.

But the gym is making a business decision and it's their right to do so. Don't be idiots and spam their phone line, their right to suspend Spencer is actually what you are trying to fight for when you fight for a businesses right to decide who they want to serve.

Now, yeah the woman comes across as insufferable. I won't disagree on that front.

He did not do anything to warrant being thrown out. If he was disturbing people by passing out neo-Nazi pamphlets or something then yes, he deserves to be kicked out.

But simply being there and minding his own business? That's bullshite.

Imagine going into a grocery store and you are just shopping and minding your own business but you get kicked out because someone somehow found out you believe in capitalism, or God, or voted for Trump.

You did nothing other than holding a certain opinion in your mind.

It's bullshite.

So Spencer being kicked out has nothing to do with race and it is all because he is a neo nazi? Why would we assume the kicking out of a BPP member would be about race, but this is not? I see what kind of politics you engage in.

Sadly, the ACLU is much less the principled organization of days gone by and much more a leftist litigation group.

Secondarily, this is a matter involving private parties, not government intervention, and where no anti-discrimination statute appears to be violated.

everyone at this gym is fat and it is pretty obvious why.

less time accosting white power dick and more time running your fat arse on a treadmill.

the gym should have revoked both their membership. his because it's bad for business and hers because she is bad for business. they're both a nuisance and they're both fat

You have no idea. I live in the real world where race but not ideology is a protected class and where blacks are more likely than whites to be plaintiffs in race discrimination cases. That's all there is to see here.

I will give you that point and I agree. However, just because Spencer is a neo nazi is not a reason to kick him out. By all accounts he was minding his own at the gym.

And no one really cares. The only people talking about this guy are the left. No one and I mean no one on the right gives a shite about him.

Ignore him and he will go away.
