I've read through the comments and I guess I am going to be partially in the minority here. I agree that the woman sounds pretty ridiculous and that she should have left the guy alone while he was just getting a workout in. But once it's brought to the gym's attention that a neo-Nazi is in their midst, they have every right to kick him out. It's their gym and political ideology is not a protected class in the private sector.
Also, for those who may not know much about Spencer, read up on him a little before cozying up too close. This is not someone you want to be associated with.

As long as the guy pays his fees, what he believes is immaterial.
This is NOT AT ALL like the wedding cake fiasco. He wasn't asking the gym to participate in one of his skinhead rallies. Until that hag brought his beliefs to their attention, they had no idea who he was. That tells me he was NOT causing any trouble for other members.
I don't have to agree with the guy to defend his rights. Just like I don't have to agree with you to defend your right to speak freely.

It's not about Spencer. It shouldn't matter if you agree with his political beliefs.
He was only guilty of triggering a regressive SJW. What happens when I call you a Neo Nazi? Does that justify you being kicked out of a gym or your kid removed from a baseball team?

I would kick out with the quickness, however, ANY person who harassed one of my customers for any reason. Take that shite somewhere else. It doesn't belong in my place of business.
