Now, according to a report from TheWrap, unnamed crew members have stated that the firearm handled by Gutierrez Reed, Halls and Baldwin was used earlier that same day to go "plinking," a hobby in which people shoot at beer cans with live ammunition for fun.

Representatives for the production of "Rust" did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

The armorer is fricked. Hope checking your Snapchat instead of doing your job was worth it!

Isn’t this a western? How was there not one person familiar enough with guns to get a hold of this apparent shite show?

(I know the answer, it’s just fun to ask the question)

And not a gun safety course or class was to be found. Maybe if these losers cared more about things that are important instead of virtue signaling or worrying what their loser neighbors think things like this wouldn’t happen.

I dont care if they were out hunting. You hand me a gun and expect me to point it at someone and pull the trigger (I am not sure I could do it even in play acting), you better damn well believe I will have checked, double checked, open breech or chamber and checked barrel my own damn self. Probably more than once.

Alex Baldwin flippantly picked up a weapon, trusted a retard and killed someone.

Baldwin hired an "armorer" who had no clue.

She was an only fans whore.

Or a father in their lives to teach them things that matter. I will take any effort at all.

Guns are bad, guns are murder weapons, here let me make a film murdering people with guns.

Not sure the armorer is the issue here, as stupid as she is.

The Assistant Director apparently walked over to where three guns were on a table, picked one up without checking it, and declared it a “cold gun” for shooting.

Who is to say the armorer ever touched the gun if people had taken it to go plinking?

The armorer is responsible for the guns. So one of two scenarios had to occur 1) she signed off on them shooting beer cans or 2) she didn’t properly secure them when not around and they used it. Either situation is unacceptable.

2 seems likely.

My point is that as stupid as she is, the AD is the one who was randomly grabbing shite and declaring it safe without bothering to check it.

This is not to save her dumb arse as much as to point out that this guy had a history of doing unbelievably stupid and unsafe shite.

Heard that! Could it be someone left a live round in the gun from target practice.

Who is responsible for the guns that are on the cart and the fact that they are there in the first place? Sounds like a job for an Armorer.
