Well, he's dang sure not transferring an FFL to him, you obviously meant the weapon.
The weapon can't be handed over until the FFL is transferred. The firearm is 100% owned by the Antifa guy. It is 100% his property. He just can't possess it yet.

Have you ever bought off GunBroker, or other online joints?

He’s not infringing on anybody’s rights. As the left has gleefully reminded us over and over, political views aren’t a protected class.

And I think FFL holders have a lot of leeway when it comes to transferring weapons.

Emerson was referring to forward thinkers.

Absolute intolerance to diversity of thought is the polar opposite of Emerson's (or any Transcendentalist) position on anything. . .and flies in the face of the quote you produced.

Federal Firearm License

What the location must have to transfer a firearm.

Transferring the firearm is referred to as an FFL transfer

Worked in a gun shop for 4 or 5 years as a young adult. Own many guns.

But I disagree with people in this thread, so they would wish I be denied them.

You seem to be the only one here demonstrating absolute intolerance of thought. And the store owner didn't withhold the firearm because of the purchasers beliefs, its because ATNIFA is a notoriously violent and criminal organization. Beliefs had nothing to do with it.

And for the record the Emerson quote was related to the statement made by the poster I replied to, not the store owner. OP was most assuredly shunning absolutist beliefs.

Explain this, please.

I am being intolerant of people who would want to deny rights to people they disagree with politically?

And he looks like a psycho and has a record! Am I the only one that searched this guy's background? I'm betting there are other reasons it was denied and I'll bet the store owner was more than justified. We are just getting one side of the story.

See it sounds to me like you have absolute intolerance of those with whom you disagree politically.

Did you read the second part of this statement?

Yes.

It says he ain't getting his hands on the goddamned gun because of the background check.

So like I said, the implication that he got a gun without a background check is total bullshite gaslighting.

Right, it is referred to as an FFL transfer. Meaning the FFL dealer is transferring possession of the weapon, not transferring the FFL, which is the dealers license to conduct business in firearms basically. So no, the customer isn't getting an FFL.

The customer may have paid for the weapon, but the FFL dealer transferring possession has a lot of leeway if he/she isn't comfortable.

I'm not arguing, just think you meant weapon transfer not transfer of the FFL itself.

I have no idea. But you seem highly intolerant of the store owners belief that he had an obligation to withhold the firearm.
