Needs to be understood though, that this drug won't change the spread of the virus. Just decrease the symptoms.
It's going to take a while to produce enough medication for everyone, so social distancing is gonna have to continue, or hospitals will get overrun.

It won’t stop the spread, but it will decrease the virulence and eventually the population will build antibodies.
Number of deaths has been the biggest fear and it looks like we’re about to have that mostly under control.

All I can tell you is that dosage distribution began in earnest today, and manufacture if the meds began being ramped up today.
