It is a simple question. We AGREE that there are 25 illegal ballots in that box. We AGREE that those 25 ballots should not be counted, per Title 16.
How do we identify WHICH 25 ballots to exclude from our count? How do we do so on anything resembling a timely basis?

I believe there was a news show that interviewed a lady that was stuffing the ballot box. She showed them how it was done. Part of it was they had to take a picture showing proof they delivered the ballots to the box. Everyone who took a picture was stuffing the ballot box.

Dude, how convoluted do you want something as conceptually straightforward as voting to be?
You rattle off two (just two!)rationalizations that bring nothing but questions:
Where's the proof that someone is a 'family member' or 'caretaker'?
Who is the arbiter of that proof?
What process do they use to determine that the proof is legitimate?
Where do they record that verification process?
Who validates that process?
Etc., etc., ad nauseum.
If you have to twist yourself into a pretzel to find justification, that is usually the first sign of process corruption.
But don't ask me, go ask those beta's that created that FTX bitcoin scam -or maybe an idiot that thinks the tax code makes sense...
