Grassely granted another extension for the accuser to testify

Not to testify, just to respond to his counter offer and either accept or decline and present a counter-counter offer.
The extension is until 2:30pm today, just so everyone has all the facts. I think they still plan on holding the vote Monday if the deadline is not met and he doesn’t extend it AGAIN.

Hard to figure out exactly what is happening with this.
Rarely do politicians NOT word things in a specific way. At the same time Grassley knows what is trying to be accomplished.
I would like to think that is is allowing this to get strung along....and at some point setting an actual deadline. Not looking for a counter offer, I mean an actual deadline.
There is simply no trust in politicians.

This is why this country is doomed and conservatives and freedom loving Americans are doomed. They allow the liberals to jizz on their face and do nothing about it. Not a single one of them have a set of balls and will hold the other party to the law and standards. I am close to just joining the other side, holding my nose while I suck up every damn benefit and cheat to the system that I can get away with. Until the entire country crashes and burns economically. If republicans are not going to fight for the right things and hold the other party accountable what is the point? Might as well become a socialist and steal everything we can until it all crashes.
