Rice refused to testify because the requests from Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-S.C.) did not have bipartisan support.
And she will plead the 5th

Exactly. I was all excited the first few times he got himself on camera but when it comes down to it, that's all that happens. He does jack shite to bring justice to them. Stop talking. Start DOING.

Congress has teeth now where they did not before. A contempt charge would result in an arrest under this DOJ where nothing would be done under the last one.

Uhhh... I'm pretty sure congressional committees don't have prosecutorial power. All they can do is hold hearings. It would be up to the Justice Department to bring charges. I'm not a Political Scientist or anything, but I think that's how it works

He's amazing, really. He's not tough at all, but he creates this persona that he is and people keep falling for it.
I wouldn't call him a fraud, but he's certainly not much more than a preening, calculating politician.

He can NOT prosecute, that's why these investigations are always such a waste of time. Jeff Sessions should have appointed a special prosecutor the day he was swore in.
