I didn't link and you didn't link, but for the record, I did not drill down to the specifics of this particular shutdown before posting and, instead, I posted more general numbers applicable to modern shutdowns. I think your numbers are in line with the current shutdown plan, having said all of that.

The little bit of back pay we receive is nothing compared to what a contractor would charge the government for what some of us do. Refuse to back pay the ones causing the shutdown not the ones affected by their decisions.
