I don’t need you to clarify anything. I was crystal fricking clear in what I said. No one with bad intentions need come to this neighborhood where elderly veterans who served this country with dignity and my wife and children are. PERIOD.

This is true in many states, and expressly stated in their laws (CO and AZ for example). It’s not explicit in the statute in AL, which was directly asked about. Not explicit in LA either. Honestly I haven’t done full case law research on this, but would imagine that it’s not automatic if not included in the statute.

The Antifa trash may think bringing it to the suburbs will end the 2nd amendment, but they’re completely wrong. I’m in the Upper middle class suburbs of a major northeastern city, and I’d bet at least 30% of the neighborhood Is prepared, with some serious stuff. What’s funny is now the bleeding heart libs in the neighborhood are thinking they may need to get protection. All this will do is push more people to purchase home protection. As a data point, our local gun shop had a 5 hour wait today and sold out of shotguns.
