I have done costing of goods, from raw inputs to final destination, 1000s of times over decades to various countries and points in between. You would be surprised how little of the cost component is diesel.
Course you will have some farmer on here whining it costs him more.......while we get fcked for 25 billion in ethanol support for him to grow corn we dont need.

I love posts like this. We have actual economic data about how diesel prices can affect the economy, but trinidadtiger’s shipping experience in a warehouse in Jefferson Parish is what we all should listen to.
