Does Trump have any desire to run in 4 years?
maybe, maybe not

I really don't get this push from everyone to try to keep it form happening
because everyone in the swamp of Washington is terrified of him running again and winning after they spent the last 4 years trying to destroy him and our country in the vision they saw fit to build. Trump is the only person who tried to shake the establishment to their core, and they'e now acting out of self-preservation

The 14th Amendment bars the President from running again if he's been engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the United States. It only requires a simple majority vote, as well.
1. That section was written to keep former Confederates from getting elected.
2. Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law still a thing in this country. The only time that section has been used for a non-Confederate was to keep a socialist that been convicted of violating the Espionage Act from taking his seat in Congress. When his conviction was thrown out by SCOTUS, so was the ability to use section 3 against him. So in order to use section 3 against DJT, he would have to be convicted in a court of law first. Any attempt to use it before he is convicted in a court of law would be a violation of Donald Trump's civil rights (which is technically a federal hate crime).
3. They are not getting 17 republican senators to vote to convict Trump.

First Trump is not running again.
Second, any impeachment action is, most likely improper now that he is out of office
Third, even if trial I doubt 66 would vote.
Fourth, as stated above, need conviction in court or impeachment and then vote to not allow further office.

Trump doesn't need to run again. He is too thin skinned. Move on. DeSantis, Noem and even Haley are better choices now.

That happened on January 6th 2021

Yep, he never ever ever had any call to complain about how he was treated.
NO ONE has ever been treated like that

Can't we find some 50 to 60 year olds to run? Seventy five to eighty is too old to be running a country. Take my word for it. I'm 65.

Seriously frick the Turtle. We have to vote for spineless moderates like McCain and Romney for “the party” but they are stabbing in the back Trump after 3 SCOTUS justices and bringing in 14 million more voters than Romney got. frick the GOP.

And here’s JJ’s daily GWP post. Honestly wonder what they pay him to do the backlinks/traffic. That or he’s the owner. Good on him, if so.
