Just a little taste of what’s to come in the Dem primary. The ad is already setting this up for white vs black, man vs women fights. You thought Bernie vs Hillary created party divisions? Lol...

I always find it hilarious how progressives will crucify a white person for wearing dreads because of muh cultural appropriation, but will give some purebred Mick a pass on pretending to be a Mexican

The GOP is afraid of BETO. Why else are they targeting before he announces.

Good. That's how they see the world. The only people who have a legit shot at beating Trump are the white men of the Dems party. Let's demonize them early.

Beto, Joe Biden, and Bernie should practice what they preach and step aside for women to run. Then, white women need to step aside for women of color to run.

Because he would be a great candidate for Dems in 2020, no doubt about that

Spending tax dollars to tear down the existing border wall. He hasn't given the specifics on the cost/benefit ratio yet though.

Beto is a lightweight.

This is either a dumb attempt to kill a weak candidate, or a foolish attempt to build him up.

Or the start of a campaign to make them all look like AOC, the entire herd of stupid equals the party.

I see it more as he’s an easy target and going after him is an easy way to start the fighting between democratic voters. Not only is he an easy target, but it’s “ok” to go after him early and hard because he’s a fricking white male. No one can claim that they’re being racist or misogynist, especially since the ad seems to paint Obama so favorably and stand up for women against Beto. It’s actually a brilliant, sophisticated troll piece that hits Beto hard and gets the dems fighting.

Republicans are soooooo scared of a guy who couldn’t beat the most unlikeable republican on earth, in his home district with tens of millions in outside campaign money and a fawning media behind him.

Amirite!?

They should be. As almost a complete unknown in 2018 he came within a whisker of beating "Lyin' Ted", who's quite popular in conservative circles in Texas.
