This statement finally is accurately used. The GOP has once again fricked over the voters.

You seem somehow happy or that it’s a good thing that your gasoline cost that much, and will for many weeks and months going forward.
I’m not.

Your gas station is working off old inventory.
there a lot of costco's in the sticks.
you see child gasoline in priced in relationship to it's replacement cost in crude oil, that's why it goes up instantly when oil goes up.
now you know! and knowing is half the battle! go joe!

We generally have cheap gas here in Arkansas. I'm in little rock but the metro jumped to 3.39 in west LR to 3.59 in downtown. It was at 3.09 Tuesday morning

paid $3.09 yesterday in arkansas, i think you've got a georgia problem.
the reason for the disparity is your state taxes dumbass.
don't blame the fed. the federal gas tax 18.4 cents a gallon.
So $3.09 isn't noticeably more than a month ago?

Do you think GA just increased their gas tax in the past couple weeks?

here's the thing boy i paid $2.99 the week before the difference in the two fill up's was roughly $5. if five dollars in one week is a problem for you, you have "you" problem, not a "we" problem.
maybe you should have reconsidered the 60k dollar monster truck you bought that you and i both know you couldn't afford.
thank you for your attention to this matter.

Categorically wrong.
Moderates (ie fence sitters) are absolutely affected by these things and have been swing voters in past elections. Their numbers matter……
Don’t be naive.

Not really hurting me much. Kill the regime, get some oil from Venezuela, secure the strait. All good.

Well that is a stupid comment as charging vehicle is more costly when you using electricity to charge it up
You know how I know you have never owned an EV? I guess you are going to tell me the $10-$15 I pay a month to charge my EV is more than I would pay in Gas. I rotate my tires once every 5000 miles so let's say twice a year. Transmission lubricant changed every 50,000 miles.
On top of that I can just tell my car where I want to go and it drives there for me.
I have an xterra I keep and I have put gas in it twice in the 7 months I have had the tesla, including the $46 I used to fill it this morning.

honestly i don't remember what i paid a month ago my life doesn't hinge on the price of gasoline does yours? you must not be much of a lawyer, that's because you aren't a lawyer. you aspire to be lawyer, the way george constanza aspired to be an architect.

Using average miles driven, MPG of exisiting cars, and the increase in gas cost.........................................
The average reduction in taxes will offset the aforementioned AND STILL put an additon 1,000 in the taxpayer pocket.
Course we all know within months the cost of gas will be even lower than before this dustup and the world will be free of the worst terrorist organization the world has seen in the last 50 years.
But the hand wringing over a bunch of pssies using their parents credit card to pay for gas is entertaining.

what's a minster truck, by the way tell me you bought a truck you couldn't afford without telling you bought a truck you couldn't afford.

Boy, 60K buys a Colorado these days. That's a 4 banger
Nope, I did not buy a truck I could not afford. My company bought me a really nice, 2026 SUV that they can most assuredly afford. I don't pay for my gas boy. Let's me buy even more short term rentals abroad.
Sorry you are poor boy.
