No one should ever be on the highest court after the age of 70...let alone 85.

I feel like our court with Ginsburg is like that old lady driving on the road peering through the steering wheel with her blinkers on for 5 miles.
It's absurd. I don't want doctor's tests or examinations to determine fitness...that can get political.
Just an age cut-off point regardless of how "sharp" your 85-year-old brain is.
A reporter once asked Thurgood Marshall what was his most important role on the court near the time he was around 80 years old...
And he said:
"Breathing in and out." He was just a body for a political party and he knew it.

I think maybe we should go democrat style resistance with Ginsberg. Find out where she lives, protest, raise hell, play death metal at ear splitting decibels, harass, and protest her everywhere she goes. I wonder how long she could take being treated like a Republican?
