That sounds like a good way to make sure she dies.
Why not just put 20 heavily armed guards around her cell?

I will get downvoted for this but that's bullshite. Administrative segregation means you put them in a single occupancy cell. No one but that inmate is allowed in that cell. Even medical segregation is a single person cell. High priority inmates get single occupancy cells to protect against potential threats.

Best way to secure her would be to have every law enforcement agency from local to feds guarding her at the same time, none of whom know each other. Hell, throw the Secret Service in there.
