GDP which is how economist measure economic growth hit a record in LA this year , 2019 has been a solid year so hopefully job growth will follow . The record GDP has impacted income growth as advocate reported LA per Capita income grew close to 6% in 2018, among highest n USA. So it appears rather than expand payrolls significantly LA workers are increasing productivity and getting higher bonus and overtime compensation
