I would just pretend I was deaf and walk right past them.

I can 100% believe it. I say that because Mrs. Cotten and I are currently expecting and the hospital our insurance is making us deliver at (Methodist Germantown here in Memphis) had this in place until a few months ago. We're both unvaccinated pure-bloods, if the rule wasn't lifted prior to delivery she would've had to give birth alone.
