“The adenovirus life cycle includes the infection of cells … entry of the adenoviral DNA into the nucleus, and subsequently gene transcription by the host transcription machinery,” they wrote, reported The Guardian. “And exactly here lies the problem: the viral piece of DNA … is not optimized to be transcribed inside of the nucleus.”

Marschalek told The Financial Times that mRNA-based vaccines deliver the protein spike’s genetic material into the cell fluid, saying it never goes into the nucleus.

“When these … virus genes are in the nucleus they can create some problems,” Marschalek said. Vaccines using adenovirus,

So, it's blood causing all those blood clots?

So since Covid-19 is not an adenovirus, and since there is no DNA involved with either CV19 or the S Protein, and since CV19 anabolic processes occur in the endoplasmic reticulum not in the nucleus I'm having trouble following the science.

The vaccine is supposed to work by putting a fragment of the Wu Flu into the cell fluids so the cellular machinery can make proteins to fight it.

When the vaccine fragment enters the nucleus by mistake it causes the cell to try to duplicate the fragment while undergoing normal cellular reproduction and the nucleus is just not able to do it.

Whodathunkit? Foreign material gumming up the works of cellular reproduction causes problems.

(the way viruses reproduce is generally by hijacking the nucleus of cells causing them to reproduce more viruses instead of cells by inserting into the DNA of the nucleus)

This is about the non-mRNA vaccines, therefore not the ones most people have been getting, as far as I know.

I'll try...virus genes are like male sperm, the nucleus is like the female egg.
When the sperm penetrates the egg, well you know what happens.

J/k ... I just made this up and have no idea what the hell the Dr was saying.

So they are saying the mRNA virus does not work?

If the encapsulated mRNA is not entering the cell then they cannot transcribe the spiked proteins.

I agree with this.

The way normal mRNA works is it is copied from the DNA in the nucleus. The mRNA leaves the nucleus to transcribe proteins in the cell cytoplasm.

The mRNA vaccine doesn't enter the nucleus. It just enters the ectoplasm though the cell wall and there it makes the spiked proteins emulating COVID.

I don't understand the article in the OP. It looks like the journalist may have misunderstood the doctor and got some things wrong.

You are correct sir. mRNA is transcribed from DNA in the nucleus. It cannot do anything until it gets into the ribosomes in the cytoplasm where it is translated into proteins.

The vector adenovirus has the spike protein gene in its DNA. This spike protein gene is then incorporated into the host genome. RNA polymerase then transcribes the DNA into mRNA which then enters the cytoplasm. Translation does not take place in the nucleus, only in the cytoplasm. mRNA in the nucleus can’t affect the nuclear DNA in any way.

The cause of the thrombocytopenia with the vector adenovirus vaccine is similar to the thrombocytopenia sometimes seen with heparin, i.e. the production of autoantibodies to platelet factor 4, PF4. Why this occurs with heparin or adenovirus vaccine is unknown.

We do know that the cerebral sinus thrombosis/thrombocytopenia is more common with the AZ vector adenovirus which uses chimp adenovirus give in two doses, than the JJ which uses human adenovirus in one dose.

Perhaps the foreign chimp adenovirus DNA causes transcription of mRNA that is translated into autoantibodies. This occurs less often with the human adenovirus for obvious reasons.

Problem with mRNA vaccines is not without the risk of autoimmune problems. mRNA vaccines have been studied for years. One of the reasons they never became mainstream is autoimmune problems.

Remember at the end of the day, these Covid vaccines are all emergency vaccines. Time will tell if they are actually approved by the FDA for normal use.

They tried E.M.S. recombination, but ethyl methane sulfonate as an akylating agent and a potent mutagen it created a virus so lethal the subject was dead before he left the table. A repressor protein could block the operating cells and and doesn't obstruct replication, but it gives rise to an error in replication, so that the newly formed DNA strand carries a mutagen and you have that virus again.

But all of this is academic. The vaccine was made as good as they could make it.
