Two things can be true - Trump has not been very effective since the RNC. Second, there is plenty of time until November and no one will give a shite about Trump’s August if he course corrects in time (or Kamala has a handful of Ls).
I also do not think Kamala can just hide like Biden did in 2020. People are not sitting in their homes listening to CNN/MSNBC rage bait about Drumpf not taking Covid seriously or being racist. If the economy continues to falter, people will look to her for some type of confident reaction.
