Remember that the Georgia Board of Elections has never seen the Fulton County data and ballots as they were supposed to have been under the validity of a court order, yet Fulton County would never comply with the court order for over 3 years. It took the FBI and physical force to obtain everything, nothing was obtained willfully from Fulton County even under a lawful state or federal judicial order.
