If the autopsy shows George DID NOT die from asphyxiation is all this for nothing ?
I would say it sure will help chauvin’s case.

We knew that part as of yesterday.

I want a cause of death. I’m assuming toxicology says something like heart attack related to drug use.

What’s going on has nothing to do with a cop killing a black man

We knew that before they got him in the ambulance. (Autopsy as designed and signed by Dr. Birkland)

No. I would say the extreme stress his body was under because of his oxygen being cut off, triggered his other ailments.

Would you say if he would have compiled with the officers request he would still be alive ?

Another question how do continuously yell I cannot breath and cry for your momma if you cannot breath?

It doesn't change that the cop is a giant dick, sure.

But when it comes to murder cases, cause of death is probably the biggest factor.

A Minneapolis jury will probably convict. That cop’s best bet will probably be a plea bargain but I doubt the DA will offer one because they will want to avoid controversy.

Does not have to have a jury trial. He can have it solely be a judge who hears the case and makes a ruling based purely on law (theoretically anyway, we all know how the wrong judge can rule on "feels").

Don’t know how they’ll do it but it’s all about democrats having to steal an election

They’ve gotta do it for survival

Never take your eye off that ball

The cop has a history. I would say this hurts his case.

I’m well aware of what a bench trial is. If it’s a Dem judge, good luck.

My guess is asphyxiation is NOT going to be the cause of death.

But it doesn’t matter, this is the excuse the Left has been waiting on this election year.

It's not about that anymore. Most are now just wanting their free shite.

Not a chance UNLESS the DA were to strongly believe that his/her case is sketchy. Even in such a scenario, DA would likely prefer to role the dice and lose than to elect to take the sure thing in a plea arrangement but have zero chance of the public understanding the necessity of that action. Which the public wouldn't.

S*** on that in that Democratic infested place. I’d rather take my chances with 12 jurors.
