Were you and your ghey sons as mad about Bidens 20% inflation that you voted for?

I'm sure more crony capitalism and trying to further the K shape economy will get them on the side of the capitalists.
This is why the youth element that does exist in the current GOP coalition is very American First which is more almost socialist in their conception of the government's role in the welfare of its people. I'm not really a horseshoe theory believer because what I think we're actually observing in this "horseshoe" is a coalition reorganization that happens slowly at first then quickly when the right hinge point in history occurs.
This may sound funny but I wouldn't be surprised if 20 years from now the Democrats are considered the status quo/conservative/pro-business party and the GOP is considered the liberal/progressive/populist party.
I wouldn't necessarily bet on it because the Democrats already have a younger-than-50 liberal demographic of significant size whereas the consensus politics of the GOP actively push against the interests of people still in the workforce, training, or education. However when the boomers start dying off, there is going to be a deck shuffling in the US political landscape and it could go in several different directions. I would bet on it going more pro-administrative state and government investment into something other than military and elderly care.

That and young adults simply don't want true starter homes,
Define this
$ _____ Cost
____BD ___ BA
Single family dwelling?
Age of home? New? Less than 5 years old? 20+ years old? Flood zone? Undesirable neighborhood?
This criteria leads in to what one considers a true starter home.

You seem to suffer from brain rot but just so you know its currently CHEAPER to buy a new home than to buy a refurbished because builders are buying points (as a form of rebate) because in *some* markets house stockpiles are overflowing but unlike normal conditions when pricing would actually come down quickly, these are not for whatever reason a smarter RE person would know than I.
No, I suffer from a few decades of experience in both buying, selling, and doing a LOT of residential repair and remodeling. I know how out of whack peoples expectations can be and definitely know how poorly educated a lot of young potential home buyers are. I'm nearing my retirement time with the military and one of my potential pivots is using my training as a home inspector and experience to become an advisor to first-time home buyers. There is an enormous gap in knowledge in younger adults.

I'm better at negotiating a car deal now than I was on the first one because I've done it multiple times and follow whats going on in that market more.
I think this knowledge gap is partly because older generations may have been through a property transaction multiple times before the average millennial - and soon the zoomer - has done one.

Amazing how realistic attitudes actually seem to get people into homes.
Also amazing how anecdotal evidence can be used to fit any narrative.
If I used my anecdotal evidence, it would point to the GenZ couple, who both have masters degrees, wishing to rent my house in Utah instead of buying it.

I bet this empty thought sounded funny in your head.
And you proved my point about who is more of a man.

People that deal in absolutes are usually morons. Like you. I am making the accurate statement that anyone supporting people joining DSA are idiots. You’re an idiot. You hate Trump so much you are supporting socialism. How is that for an absolute?
You aren’t principled. You’re just a run of the mill TDS infested (new) socialist. We always knew. Just nice to see you admit it.

I pay way too much to the government to be socialist.
I was trying to discuss why former Trump voters are now socialists and what can be done to prevent that continued shift.
Y’all continue to

Gen Z are socialists. They don't want to actually work and think they are entitled to a piece of everything.

How do you feel Biden's term went, in terms of improving this country?
You are ok with all the illegals?
Trans Movement?
Inflation through the roof?
Fraud everywhere?
I get that Biden wasn't the man leading the country, but he gets all the credit.
