Eh. This seems a little far fetched. I have no doubts that they discussed what to do about his STDs, but why would Gates need Epstein to procure antibiotics? That makes no sense. And why would he ask Epstein to help slip those antibiotics into his wife's food. Melinda Gates only ever met Epstein once. Bill was with her every day.
But it is true that they had a fight and Epstein got banned from the Xbox platform though.
BTW, someone told us years ago now that they used gaming platform chats to discuss their nefarious shite. Wonder who that was...
