Doing some valuation research this morning I came across an interesting graph putting historical gas prices in today’s dollars.

Today’s $4+ a gallon (in today’s dollars) compare to be pretty average to low compared to most of the time since 2004.

Hopefully this works

Scroll down to the green line chart. Granted this is work put out by Kroll and Duff & Phelps so someone will doubt its accuracy but if you ever bought and sold companies you know their data is solid.

Because of politics with midterms approaching. For some reason, Americans expect gasoline not to go up in price, despite everything else naturally going up in price, from cars themselves to lumber for building a fence.

Sign up for Chevron app and they'll give you $1 off per gallon for 5 fill ups. Expires after 90 days or so, but you still get rewards pts when you purchase.

I've used 2 so far and saved about $40.

But we can also thank the Trump-Biden combo for the inflation we are experiencing, so….

No, because retards like that did it for Ukraine, and the environment at least Trump may help the people of Iran. Biden just did it straight from policy to kill gas vehicles and to promote his cronies in the electric sector. Was a total grift out in the op, but we were told to do it for Ukraine.

Presidents don't have a lot of control over gas prices, until they do something so dopey that all of a sudden they do.

Speaking of gas prices, the prices in my area shot up overnight from the upper $3.30’s/low $3.40’s to $3.79.
