I always knew McCarthy was a giant POS. Good to have confirmation. Now it is up to voters in his district to give him the Paul Ryan treatment.
I would love to see the House take back the power it is granted in the Constitution and put a stop to all this extra-constitutional crap we've witnessed for about 20 years.
A great start will be having an actual budget passed.
