This was their backup. Remember, heist plan prime was to allow the Dominion/Smartmatic/Scytl programming that actually counts the votes to shave off portions of Trump votes and shift them to Biden, a la Superman III/Office Space.
The support for Trump was overwhelming in all districts, and they would've ended up with an obnoxious amount of more votes than we have voters, so the call was made to have FNC give AZ to Biden on the official call.
That circuit breaker was a signal in itself to begin the backup plan. Six states simultaneously stopped counting, sent poll watchers home, and the Ruby Freemans of the world began reaching under the tables for suitcases of fraudulent ballots.

A clear picture is starting to emerge from election night. Trump had overwhelming support much higher and stronger then the libs had predicted. They went into panic mode because they knew they didn't cheat hard enough to overcome all the extra votes Trump was getting. They had to devise a plan quickly and got sloppy. This is evidenced by the late night vote drops and mythical pipe that burst. They didn't have enough prepared ballots ready to scan so they just flipped the batches over and ran them again.
Once the number of ballots are found that were duplicated it will be larger then the margin of victory in the election. This fact alone will make GA election invalid. They are going to find the same things in many of the other states.
