So the math, they have no where to go but up. Success story in the making.

The public school system was not designed to develop creative and industrious people, it was designed to condition people to conform to the will of the government and the ruling class.

This is significant parts of society as a whole, private schools included.

I read “fury” as “furry” plus children and schools and thought this was about more groomers.

Almost as depressing though.

The issue is about shitty public schools that waste valuable learning time talking about gender identity and sexuality.

What they need is more state-required testing, DEI, and of course, more funding.

It's purely socioeconomic.

Teachers Unions are about power.
Not education.

These children will spend the vast majority of their lives behind bars.

Staggering abuse of children.

That's a utopia as far as our government is concerned. It wants everyone dependent on it.

If you create a competency exam for government jobs this will change really fast.

CEO of Baltimore City Schools. Holy shite it's terrifying.

Want even more terrifying stuff?

She makes $445K a year.

Has not one but two gold plated pension plans.

Free health care for life.

38 paid vacation days, 18 paid sick days, 3 paid personal days, 13 paid school holidays every year, all to be used or paid for in cash. Last year she cashed in on $50K in unused leave.

When asked for comment about the compensation, the school board replied:
quote:

Dr. Sonja Brookins Santelises has been an incredible champion for City Schools for nearly six years. Our CEO is worth every cent of her salary, aligning with her experience, skills, and education. The CEO received a pay increase when she signed her second contract in 2020, accounting for the difference between her 2016 salary and her pay rate to date. Any benefits received since are either part of the contract or in line with benefits available to district staff - based on their union or non-union affiliation.
