I'm curious what crimes they're alleging from 2020 aren't dead due to the SOL running last November

An actual audit would accomplish that task.

But guess what? They never wanted an audit nor would they give up the rolls to do so.

About 5 years too late, but okay. It's possible they are lazy enough that some remnants or new evidence may be gathered. Maybe....

It's worth remembering that we were told some of the exact same things regarding the initial spy gate investigations, yet once director Patel and his team took over, how many times did we hear that there were bags, boxes, folders and file cabinets of material evidence that were apparently squirreled away and hidden from the fake Biden administrations DOJ?

It's not unreasonable to suspect similar discoveries in raids like this.

Slow could not be a more perfect example of dunning krueger if he tried. He's the manifestation of all the concepts he waxes poetic about. It's pretty remarkable to be honest. He's like a perfectly contrived caricature of the all the worst parts of social media.

So the raid is in response to Fulton’s records noncompliance? That would make sense.

No, I'm saying 5 years from today, most of the potential alleged criminal behavior should have been wrapped up. Like destroying documents, or related behavior in a cover-up after the election, I would imagine that behavior was done prior to January 28th, 2021.

You would think so, but they found old Crossfire Hurricane stuff in burn bags in FBI offices (implying the intent was to destroy them). I think there's an ego at those levels of power which pushes people to believe if they weren't nailed for a given crime within a certain time period, no one is ever going to look into it again.

That would make sense and answer my question largely (as it would not be directly related to any criminal investigation)

No you don't understand it, either.

I'm talking about the SOL.

The Crossfire Hurricane stuff is also largely dead due to SOL, b/c of when they found the documents. If this search results in evidence that some employee did commit a federal offense prior to January 18, 2021, it's likely dead on arrival. Similar to the issues presented with criminal allegations/theories with CFH.

conspiracy????

That was the crime intended to be referenced with the post-election behavior comment.

If the last step in that conspiracy was committed prior to January 28, 2021, the conspiracy charges are likely dead, too.
