No. There are 2 separate things going on. Is that too complicated for you?
Do I need to break it down or are you going to white flag and go to ad homs ?

Nothing you can ever contemplate will ever by too complicated for me.
It's a matter of capacity.

A) I answered your question
B) This is your standard retreat.

How can I be "retreating" when this is out there, waiting for a reasponse?

*ETA: it's clear you don't understand what occurred in this story and are just trying to come in and snipe, and every time you respond you just dig yourself a bigger hole. I would suggest decreasing the ignorance and reading actual reporting on this situation, and not framed echo chamber nonsense.
I'll even give you another chance.
Other than the formalistic-legal options for invalidation, can you conceptualize how you see this incident helping Democrats?
Do you think that this had a net impact on the votes cast on election Day in Fulton county? If so, what do you base that on?

"didn't follow the rules"=cheating no matter what the spin doctors say.

Where’s the arrests? There needs to be accountability

The old adage never fails.
Tis always easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.
Or, as Otter would say..."You fricked up! You trusted us!"

Just a clerical error. No big deal.

Bottom line counselor. Fulton County CONFESSED to the very thing the Democrats, the media , the Georgia Secretary of State and just about everyone said didn't happen. Election Fraud.
It happened. Don't try to weasel out of it. They confessed. Now where else did it happen that most of the same entities claim it didn't?
Next up: Maricopa County, Arizona.

clerical error
I’m guessing you are left completely unaware.
Sigh…

It would not have swung the election, though.
That would depend on if the same "clerical errors" manifested themselves in other states with close results.

There have been multiple lawsuits and investigations.
They just haven't been fruitful over the past 5 years.
All lawsuits, including and especially the 1st back in Nov 2020 that Trump enjoined with Texas and multiple other states challenging the 2020 election results in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, the Supreme Court said Texas did not have standing to bring the case.
All the cases, were thrown out or dismissed due to lack of standing. None of them, not one ever actually saw the light of day in court.
As an allegedly lawyer as you like to call yourself, you would think you would have noticed the issue with this and drawn into questioning why but I guess being a contrarian just keeps you too busy to think that hard.

I don’t know. Can you show proof of a crime?

Logic should tell anyone, how can Trump go from losing 2020(with Covid election rule changes) to winning everything including the popular vote in 2024? It defies logic that this would happen. Something changed from 2020 to 2024. It’s all right in front of our faces. The relaxed rules of Covid and mass mail in ballots were cut down on in the 2024 election.
