but back on topic, few if any foreign tourists or business travelers are screened for vaccinations or health screenings, and far more of them pour in every day. so again, what diseases do you believe are exclusive to the far smaller number of illegal immigrants?

In short, there is no way to know unless it is at the point of treatment (you know AFTER the fact).
