I stopped half way through. When he asked her to say yes or no, her reasonably asked was what was the ramifications for each. I would think at that point he would have given the potential outcomes. He didn't. I don't deny she was probably drunk but LEO should be able to tell her what the ramification are.

This what LEO now has to deal with. He gave her 100 opportunities to do what he asked. She gives him nothing but attitude and demeans him the entire time. He has to stay so professional because if he does one thing wrong he has lawyers crawling all over him. She can act like a complete POS and still have the opportunity to try and ruin him. In a just world he should be able to lock her up after the first test and request her blood drawn.
