Who was actually saying that a rubber stamp from another corrupt bureaucracy would change their mind is this a media fantasy narrative ? Can they magically make it safe with their blessing is the FDA Jesus Christ now ? To say these people are tone deaf is the understatement of the millennium

Not necessarily, the Delta variant right now is worse than the original so called Alpha.

I am not bullying anyone. You don't want the vaccine fine. But you are going to have to raise lots of hell at places of business that don't let you in and have lots of disturbing the peace citations on your record.

So like you said, just find out which businesses don't ask for vaccine proof and spend your money there. Like I said, companies that I know are major donors to the radical Pro Abortion groups do not get my business. You can do the same don't you think with your COVID-19 vaccine views.

As usual you’re missing the point. Even if it was something good which it isn’t but if it was…I still wouldn’t want government mandating it. If the government mandated drinking a certain kind of water I wouldn’t do it just out of principle because it’s not their place to do so

Stop a second and step back:

1) Do you have to get approved for a drivers license to drive a car legally in the USA, yes or no?

2) DO you have to get a Official Pass Port from the US State Department before you legally travel over seas or not, yes or No?

3) If you hunt or fish (I do neither), do you need a legal hunting and fishing license to legally hunt or fish in your respective state, yes or no?

4) To Drive a car legally, are you required in every one of the 50 states to have car insurance, yes or No?

5) And as we have already established, there are numerous vaccines that the Government mandated for you to have to attend school from K through College?

If someone were violating your legitimate 1st amendment rights or 2nd amendment rights, 3rd, 4th, 4th, etc, etc ok, but vaccines have been administered in this country since the early 19th century (Small pox) and the US Supreme Court has given the authority to states to mandate vaccines.

So again, US Supreme Court has Constitutionally given each of the respective states the right to mandate vaccines or not. You can read pages 1 and 2 in the report I linked.

LINK

Now Federal mandates to me would be problematic since from what I read, that oversteps Federal jurisdiction and gets into a 10th amendment situation which in essence states that which is not specifically under the jurisdiction of the Feds, rest with each respective state.

Myocarditis is not certain to be short term or without long term effect.

The only thing that is certain is that ppl like you will continue to move the goalposts and come up with new objections.

It’s about balancing risks. Even with the increased number of cases of myocarditis in 12-29 year olds the risk of myocarditis after infection is 6 times higher than the risk of myocarditis after vaccination. Also it’s more severe after infection than vaccination. If you are worried about myocarditis in kids then vaccination is a safer approach than not vaccinating them. Of course based on your posting history you don’t care about the facts, your position is vaccine bad.

For the record, I am not in favor of mandating COVID-19 vaccines for school kids, college kids, and anyone who is not in a nursing home or a healthcare worker.

Yeah, I'm not anti-vax, and I don't think it makes your blood magnetic or whatever. But Covid has been politicized from the get go, and Pfizer definitely gamed the timing of its vaccine announcement to hurt Trump, likely with the help of the FDA. I don't think the vax is unsafe, but I do think that covid has been overblown for political reasons. And I think it's really likely that the specific timing of the approval announcement is linked to the Administration's Afghan debacle.

Well I am trying, actually trying to stay out of the politics and try to analyze this from the perspective of Science, i.e. all of us have had numerous vaccines and what the Constitution and SCOTUS has said and how I understand what they are saying.

For Ole Mr. Biden the Afghan debacle is only 1 of his worries. The Border Crisis is not going away, the crime wave hitting major US cities is not going away and his stupidity on Oil and Gas, even though yes we need to slowly start transitioning away from it (that is going to take 20 or so years) is probably going last several years. First thing he did was stop Keystone, which started in Canada and then into North Dakota and Montana, linked up in Chicago for a major Midwestern Distribution point then down to Port Arthur Texas. Second, he then changes Trump's policy to use NATO concerns regarding the Russian NORD pipeline from Siberia into Germany and Western Europe. Trump correctly notes we are spending tons of money with forces in Germany and they still are not meeting their NATO requirement for spending on defense. Ole Biden asks Russia to pump more oil, remember "Russia, Russia, Russia" of course Putin just laughed, high oil prices are directly correlated with high costs of goods across the board, i.e. inflation already the highest its been in 15 years. Third, he actually begged "OPEC" to pump oil.

I mean really, we are now begging OPEC to bail us out again, this is like Jimmy Carter and as Yogi Berra would say, deja vu all over again.

Biden's Afghan FUBAR is just one of many he has and even if this resolves itself without major lost of life, those other issues ain't going away.

With Inflation going to the way it is going, would not surprise me we have a recession when we should be growing.

But you can't because the people you are relying on to give you information to analyze have been consistently wrong, dishonest and trying to SUPPRESS those with differing information.

Truly INFORMED CONSENT is IMPOSSIBLE given where the information comes from and HOW it is allowed to be distributed.
