It would bother me a great deal to pay good money to sit in her class and listen to her fat arse.
It would be cool to see enough kids refusing to have her as a prof, they could tell admin that she's so repugnant it would affect my ability to focus on the required course work.

They are in California. Her class will have waiting list now

Weak, but not unexpected. Still doesn’t impede boosters decisions regarding whether or not they will continue to contribute significant dollars to the university. There are different ways for the “community” to send a message to the university.

I think they are just gonna let this die and get her later.
At least I hope so.
This will just embolden her to do something even more stupid. She’ll step on her own dick again.

She's about to become one of the most popular professors on campus if not already there. And yet liberals will still tell us that this is Fringe liberal thought

I wonder if the total in lost revenue from offended boosters is worth it. I also wonder what that total is.

Pig is a compliment - she looks more like an elephant

To my shock they have elected to do NOTHING!

It would seem to me that when you work for a public university, you have no private capacity...

They shouldn’t do anything, we have to stop policing peoples opinions. Anyone who thinks she should be fired is on the same side of the first amendment fence as the sjw snowflake crowd.
It's the purposely clogging up a mental health crisis hotline and saying someone's house needed to be blown up that's the basis for thinking she should be fired.

Start throwing peanuts at that elephant.
Given her various public statements, I feel no shame in saying I hope she gets anaphylactic shock from them.

That sucks. In my opinion, something should happen to her. But, It would be pretty difficult for them to fire her, if not impossible. Firstly there’s the tenure issue. Secondly is that it is a state-funded institution and they would be drug into a lawsuit that the state is restricting her free speech, or firing her because of it.
You may not be able to fire her.
You can, however, eliminate her position and give her some menial task at the same pay rate that does not give her any contact with students and effectively take her platform away from her.

Fresno State is basically the MSU/Auburn/Clemson of California. Ag school. Land grant. Farmers. They are part of the California State University system (Officially they are Cal State-Fresno), which I suspect made the decision at the system level.
If you look at Fresno State's football helmets, there is a green "V", this represents the San Joaquin Valley - the green is the importance of agriculture in California.
The donors will have something to say about this.

Looks like she suffers enough. Can you imagine living her life...fat, ugly, and angry. That twitter war was probably the highlight of her life

I bet she regrets stealing that gum during Willy Wonka's factory tour.
