Just started that Netflix series Fauda about the Israelis and the Palestinians. It’s several years old and the writers mention Paris all the time as the go-to sanctuary city for Hamas guys when things get too hot for them on the West Bank. It’s also where the Israelis offer to hide out any Palestinians willing to rat on Hamas.
