There are limits to all rights, even free speech and I tend to be a free speech absolutist myself. For example, I would not have prosecuted the reporters for the Pentagon Papers.
However, if those reporters had not published them but instead passed them on to Soviets or Vietnamese, then I would have been all for prosecuting them because their purpose was not journalism.

I'm open to it. Just find it interesting how we're supposed to judge "honesty" in the media.
It seems to me "nonesty" is measured by if we agree with what the person is saying than their ad inventory, or audicence size.
