Sucks to suck France. Learn how to make nuclear subs and you won't lose contracts.

Seriously. I’ve been here for 12-13 years. There’s plenty of post history to check out. Or you could just read this thread. I’m just giving a little shite to those simping for France.

You’re talking about the execution of the war, which was shite, just like every war we’ve been in since WW2. That has absolutely no bearing on the fact that Saddam Hussein all but openly begged for war with the US, and needed his arse kicked

The Iraq War made the geopolitics of the area worse for American interest in every way. Saddam was a better buffer and was mostly limited by other regional powers.

I’m sorry that you didn’t have the opportunity to serve. I am of the opinion that if you had served alongside the Aussies or the French, you may have a different opinion.

I mean if I were buying military equipment I’d buy from the US over anyone.

Our stuff is top notch

Except for that invading, conquering, killing and looting their neighbors. Then there’s the firing Russian missiles at our fighter pilots, paying bounties to those who killed Americans, and having and using WMD. Besides that, he was great.

I appreciate that. I was riding the Reagan wave of patriotism, and was devastated when it happened. Anyway, doesn’t change the fact that France laid down like a $3 whore for the Nazis.

The French were going to build the Australians a diesel version of a French nuclear sub.

Maybe if they would lift all their Draconian covid-19 domestic protocols their economy would work like it should instead of having to rely on one deal in one industry to float their countrys entire economy

The French are vastly more capable than the British and the Australians.

This is a massive economic blow for France. It was a gargantuan contract for the French

Such a weird situation. And you're right. The French are way more nationalist than the British and the Australians. Globalist homos. Other than those in Britain that supported brexit. Which apparently was a majority. So I guess they're captured at the top like we are.

I think he just likes dunking on the Frogs & the EU.

Nigel Farage
@Nigel_Farage
The French have thrown their toys out of the pram and withdrawn their Ambassadors from the USA and Australia.

French tech was way out of date and EU States do not suit the 21st century.

The Anglosphere is back and they hate it!

For all the erosion in international standing Trump supposedly caused, I don't recall any major European powers feeling the need to withdraw ambassadors.

At least the French didn't drone any of our civilians on their way out...like somebody else I could mention.

Speaking from the viewpoint of defense expenditures, Australia has ramped up spending and is one of my better customers (by country).

That said, they still have half the GDP of France, and are fast becoming a dictatorship. France has fricked up their country by pouring Algerians in, ruining their own culture in the process.

Either way, Biden is a fricktard for secretively fricking France in the arse over this deal. He and his "adults in the room" are imbeciles, but I also blame France and all the other countries for not standing up and declaring the U.S. election as stolen and not recognizing the Biden administration.

Elections have consequences and France and the UK and Afghanistan's blown up kids are all finding out.
