19 days is february 9th. I google searched February 9th and found out that the Pad Man release is being delayed to avoid clashing with Padmaavat. But I’m fairly sure that’s bot what you were referencing. Care to enlighten us non-mind readers what it is you are talking about?

I suspect he's trying to imply SOTU address. But whatever he means is really immaterial to those of us rooted in fact and reality. Remember, he has previously stated he was "essential" and is involved in national intelligence. Which is odd since he has admitted to a substance abuse issue, and not making rank, so you draw your own conclusions about how near classifies information he is allowed to get to.
